The project
We kept every stone of the old farmhouse that could still carry weight and rebuilt the rest in lime, the way it was first made.
The new rooms sit behind, cut into the terrace, so from the path the house still reads as one small white volume.
Every opening faces a different hour of the day. The family now eat breakfast on the east step and dinner on the west wall.

How it was made
Every decision came with a drawing and a price, agreed before the stone was cut.
