The project
Aurel asked for a headquarters that felt like a place to think, not a place to be seen. We removed a slab on every floor to make a four-storey light well.
The desks sit along its edge, so every team can see every other team. Meeting rooms are glass on the well side and solid on the street side.
The same grid that set out the building sets out the wayfinding, the stationery and the annual report.

How it was made
Every decision came with a drawing and a price, agreed before the stone was cut.
